Viva con Agua is committed to ensuring that people all over the world have access to clean drinking water – and this commitment extends all the way to the football pitch. In order to give the prominent players in the Viva con Agua Allstars team a uniform appearance, Higgins developed a variable look that is appropriate to the brand.
We have to keep a clean sheet? That is certainly not the case at a charity football event! To make sure that the Allstars from the non-profit organisation Viva con Agua look good on and off the pitch, there was one main assignment on the agenda: the development of a logo that worked as effectively on a player’s shirt as it did as a key visual in the communicative environment. Additionally, it was also important to base the ideas on Viva con Agua’s corporate design and to create a system that allowed for the flexible substitution of the players’ portraits. The resulting design, based on illustrations and cut-outs, was a strong event design concept that was, and is, being used in different offline and online channels.
